After nearly a week of phone calls, run-arounds, frustration and more phone calls, my bag has still not arrived back from Fuerteventura. It has been a long 5 days in Italy with only one t-shirt and it appears the bag will not arrive here in time for me to get it before we leave for Turkey tomorrow for the next World Cup starting on Monday. A little disappointing as it has some important things in it like extra sail numbers for my big rigs, some fins and my starting watch. To be continued …

Actually I finally got some money out of my insurance company and waxed 500 euros at the Quiksilver store in Torbole yesterday. Funnily enough it’s cheaper to buy Quiksilver in Italy than it is back home (Quiksilver is Aussie!).
So now I have some clean shirts!!
